Warranty

Each appliance receives our unconditional guarantee to be the finest quality available in design, materials, and workmanship. We take our craft very seriously and stand by our work. Any repair will be done without charge for 6 months from the date of invoice. All requests for credit or remakes must made within 30 days from the date of invoice.

To honor our warranty, we must receive the appliance and original work models.

Scheduling

Please allow 7 days in the laboratory for new appliances.

Allow 2 or 3 days in the laboratory for appliance repairs.

Rush service is available with a 20% surcharge.

Shipping

For your convenience, we provide a prepaid USPS label to get your case to us ($3.89). Shipping from the laboratory to your practice is always free. We ship using UPS® Ground and Select. We ship to PO boxes and AK/HI with USPS Priority. Allow 1-3 days for shipping (dependent on location). Tracking information is available to any customer with a provided email address. We supply all mailing materials, labels, and boxes. We ship to all 50 US states.

Billing & Payments

An invoice is generated for each individual case and comes packaged with your shipment. The invoice date reflects the ship date. On the first of the month, you will receive a monthly statement of the financial transactions that have occurred from the previous month. The balance will be due by the end of the month on the date indicated on the statement. Paperless statements are available to any account with an email on file. Accounts with a $0 balance will not be sent a statement unless requested. We will apply a 1.5% late charge for outstanding balances past 30 days. Non-compliance of these terms will result in a loss of laboratory credit.
